What does the word “Zenful” mean?

“Zenful is a calm, happy, state of mind, experienced when fully immersed in a relaxing or joyful moment.”

I realize the idea of feeling calm and happy all the time just isn’t realistic.

And, I won’t pretend that I float on a blissful cloud all day, because that couldn’t be further from the truth!

However, I do feel more connected to what truly matters since implementing daily self-care, taking time to do more of what makes me happy, and practicing simple mindfulness techniques.

If feeling happier, healthier, and more “Zenful” sounds good to you, but you’re not sure of where to begin due to stress, overwhelm, or just life in general, then you’ve come to the right place!

I help busy people find ways to add a little more Zen to daily life.

Is this YOU?

Which statements do you recognize yourself in?

MIND

I’m overwhelmed and feel pulled in a million different directions! (I have tips, printables, and planners for that!)
I have too much clutter which makes it difficult to relax. (I have simple checklists, journals, and other useful resources for that!)
I often feel stressed or anxious! (I have stress-relieving and mood-boosting tools for that, too!)

BODY

I feel zapped of energy and have lost my motivation to move my body and exercise. (I help re-frame, re-boot, and prioritize movement in a FUN way!)
I take very little time for myself because I’m too busy taking care of everyone else’s needs. (I help move Self-Care to the TOP of your “to-do” list – minus the guilt!)
I want to improve my health, but I’m not sure where to start or how to make it happen. (Well, you’re in luck because I have LOTS of resources and guides to help you create a healthier lifestyle, in a way that’s simple and sustainable)

ZEN

Mindful Meditation? Are you kidding me?! It seems way too difficult and I don’t have the time! (I offer tips and how-to’s on getting started with a mindfulness practice. I promise it’s much simpler than you think. Trust me. If I can do it than ANYONE can do it.)
I have hobbies that I love, but I can’t seem to find the time to enjoy them anymore. (I help you tap into the areas of your life that bring you joy and show you how to make hobbies and creativity a part of your routine.)
I’d love to have some time to just relax, unplug, and unwind. (You’ve come to the right place because I have many Zenful resources that provide the perfect way to relax at home available in my shop and in my freebie resource library! )
